Who We’re Looking For:

We’re building a high-performance outbound sales team in the health and wellness industry and we want competitive closers who want to get paid for results.

We’re looking for people who:
  • Are looking for uncapped commission driven compensation
  • Aren’t afraid of rejection
  • See “no” as part of the process
  • Want to master outbound sales
  • Want to build real sales muscle in a fast-growing industry
Core Tasks:
  • Make up to 300 outbound cold calls per day to targeted health and wellness prospects
  • Close prospects directly on the call using a proven script and objection handling
  • Identify pain points quickly and position our solution with urgency and conviction
  • Overcome objections in real time and ask for the sale without hesitation
  • Accurately log call notes, outcomes, revenue, and next steps
  • Track daily dials, talk time, close rate, and revenue generated
  • Continuously refine pitch, rebuttals, and closing techniques to increase conversion rates
Must-Haves:
  • Experience in cold calling, door to door sales, or any high rejection environment
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding outreach quotas
  • Experience using Dialpad or similar calling platforms
  • Strong verbal English with confident phone presence
  • Ability to work any US time zone
  • Thick skin and competitive mindset
