● Create comprehensive design systems, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
● Work with user research to inform design decisions and iterate based on feedback
● Understand front-end constraints and build components that can be implemented in React
● Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design integrity during implementation
● Use Builder.io to bridge the gap between design and development
● Contribute to usability testing and conversion optimization
● Identify opportunities to enhance the product experience through thoughtful design solutions
What We’re Looking For:
● 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design
● Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and visual craft
● Eye for detail—you care about pixel-perfection and user behavior
● Expert proficiency in Figma and design system creation
● Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
● Ability to translate user needs into intuitive interfaces and experiences
● Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript fundamentals
● Ability to collaborate asynchronously and communicate clearly in writing
Nice to Haves:
● Hands-on experience with React components and understanding of component architecture
● Familiarity with Builder.io or similar visual development tools
● Proficiency in Tailwind CSS or other modern CSS frameworks
● Experience with Framer Motion, Rive, or other animation tools
● User research and testing experience
● Knowledge of design tokens and how to implement them cross-platform
● Experience with design-to-code tools like Plasmic, Webflow, or Anima
