About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Marketing Operations to join our fast-paced product marketing agency. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day marketing execution, internal coordination, client communication, and operational efficiency.

Core Tasks:

  • Monitor multiple inboxes to triage and respond to client questions and concerns
  • Perform ad hoc payment, invoice management, file management, e.tc
  • Manage a calendar including scheduling, meetings, e.tc
  • Write copy for marketing materials and leverage AI as needed
  • Perform basic lead gen tasks with the goal of booking prospective clients
  • Serve as a contact between employees, clients, and external partners in time
  • Prepare/ edit correspondence, communications, presentations, reports, and other docs
  • Coordinate meetings, set agendas, take minutes, and prepare follow ups / action items
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks with limited instruction as needed
  • Assist with project management and time tracking (track deadlines/ milestones and coordinate) to ensure success
  • Perform competitor and product research and produce written reports
  • Assist with personal tasks as needed
  • Create SOPs as needed
Must-Haves:
  •  5+ years experience in paid media, lifecycle, or product marketing / research (e-commerce or startup environment preferred)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • 1+ years of experience in an SDR/BDR outreach role and cold email tools like Clay, Instantly and lead gen tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator
  • Familiarity with Youtube content manager, Hootsuite, Canva, CapCut, and other social media and content tools
  • Intermediate skills with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
  • Experience leveraging ChatGPT and Grok for content writing
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Background with Notion and Monday.com for project management (or similar tools)
  • Familiarity with Slack and Zoom for internal team coordination / communication
  • Ability to work CST

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Hands on experience as a Chief of Staff in an agency setting
  • Familiarity with Loveable and N8N for automations and workflow
  • Proficient with Adobe Photoshop and Premier Pro for basic content editing and  generation
  • Proficient with word press content upload in management
  • 1+ years of experience in copy writing
  • MBA or other higher education, preferably from a North American university
  • Experience using Zapier and Quickbooks
