We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant who can manage inboxes, schedules, projects, and documentation with confidence and clarity. If you’re detail-driven, tech-savvy, and love being the backbone that keeps a fast-moving business on track, this role is for you. 
 
Core Tasks:
  • Monitor multiple inboxes to triage and respond to client questions and concerns
  • Manage creator platform (customer service, billing, support, outages, subscription management, etc)
  • Perform ad hoc payment, invoice management, file management, etc
  • Manage a calendar including scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangement
  • Serve as a contact between employees, clients, and external partners
  • Prepare/ edit correspondence, communications, presentations, reports, and other docs
  • Coordinate meetings, set agendas, take minutes, and prepare follow ups / action items
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks with limited instruction as needed
  • Assist with project management tasks (track deadlines/ coordinate to ensure success)
  • Assist with business administrative and personal tasks as needed
  • Create SOPs and other documentation as needed. 
Must-Haves:
  • 3+ years experience in an EA, administrative, or Chief of Staff role
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
  • 2+ years experience with project management-related tasks and tools
  • Experience using notetakers and AI tools to create documentation
  • Intermediate skills with Google Slides and / or Canva (for presentation building) 
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Background with Notion and Monday.com for project management (or similar tools)
  • Familiarity with Slack and Zoom for internal team coordination / communication
  • Ability to work full-time EST
Nice-to-Haves:
  •  Familiarity with trading
  • Experience using Zapier and Quickbooks
  • Event planning experience (organizing corporate events, conferences, workshops, etc)
