Job Summary:

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to gain hands-on experience in tech-driven sales and marketing.

Core Tasks:

  • Use Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and other prospecting tools to build and manage lead lists
  • Monitor and update lead trackers, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with outreach campaigns by identifying and qualifying potential prospects
  • Research target accounts and contacts to support personalized messaging
  • Manage and organize lead data in Google Sheets for easy access and reporting
  • Support the sales team with ad-hoc reporting and list segmentation
  • Perform additional lead generation and admin-related tasks as assigned

Must-Haves:

  • Less than 1 year of experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role
  • Hands-on experience with Apollo.io and LinkedIn prospecting
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and research
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to deliver on deadlines and stay result-driven
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets for basic reporting and list management
  • Ability to work EST

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with Slack and Zoom for team collaboration
  • Previous exposure to outbound sales or SaaS/tech industry
