About the Role:
We are seeking a data-driven and creative Paid Ads Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid ad campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.This is a fast-paced, high-impact position suited for someone who thrives on performance marketing, data, and conversion-focused campaigns.
Core Tasks:
- Design, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms
- Perform keyword and audience research research to guide campaign strategies
- Monitor budget allocation and performance of all paid ad campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights
- Provide basic reporting on campaign performance as needed
- Collaborate with design team for assets to leverage and A/B test in campaigns
- Perform other marketing-related tasks as needed
Must-Have:
- 3+ years managing paid ads campaigns on Meta and Google
- Hands-on experience marketing for supplements or e-commerce products (preferred)
- Intermediate-advanced in Google Sheets / Excel for basic campaign reporting
- 1+ years with GoHighLevel for CRM automation (or similar CRM tool)
- Familiarity with ad targeting and segmentation techniques and ad retargeting
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work PST
Nice-to-Have:
- Certifications in Meta Ads and / or Google Ads
- Creative skills in ad copywriting and basic design principles
- Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for internal comms
