We’re seeking a highly experienced and results-driven PPC Marketer to lead Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns for multiple DTC brands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and knows how to turn data into dollars. You’ll own every step of the Meta ads growth loop—from strategy and ad concept creation to budget control and experiment tracking—while closely aligning with performance KPIs like NC-ROAS and retention.

Core Tasks

  • Own the Meta growth loop – Plan, launch, scale, and prune campaigns to hit The Brand’s NC-ROAS and retention KPIs across every active brand.
  • Ad Concept Creation / brand – Research personas → surface desires & pain points → deliver 5–10 performance concepts per week per brand with clear hooks, angles, and asset briefs for the creative squad. (main task)
  • Hook mining & copywriting – Continuously mine comments, UGC, surveys, and competitor ads to fuel fresh headlines, primary text, and CTA variants; maintain an up-to-date swipe file.
  • Budget & pacing control – Keep spend aligned with company-set budgets tied to KPI goals; flag anomalies early and recommend adjustments.
  • Dashboard upkeep – Maintain a single, high-level Google-Sheet view that consolidates Meta data across brands—so performance shifts surface fast and action can follow.
  • Experiment roadmap – Own a rolling 4-week backlog of audience and creative tests; document hypotheses, results, and next steps.
  • AI-first collaboration – Leverage our internal LLM & Gen-AI toolset to tag winning assets, auto-generate briefs, and cut creative cycle time by ≥ 25 %.

Must-Have

  • 5+ years profitably managing Meta ad budgets ≥ $50 K/mo for DTC brands
  • Exceptional marketing mindset with a knack for spotting untapped growth levers
  • Demonstrated experience identifying audiences and targeting ads to them effectively
  • LLM-powered ideation – advanced ChatGPT (or similar) prompting to 10× concept volume, depth, and originality
  • Proven copy & hook craft backed by a portfolio of ads that materially lifted CTR and lowered CAC—plus the ability to explain why they worked
  • Fluent in Google Sheets; comfortable building and owning multi-brand dashboards
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Startup bias-for-action – ships tests fast, iterates faster
  • Working EST time zone

Nice-to-Have

  • Certifications in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and/or Google Ads
  • Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for internal comms
