We’re a lifestyle and hospitality brand that builds viral products, creates culture-driving experiences, and runs some of DC’s top nightlife and restaurant concepts. Our venture arm is growing fast — and we need someone to help us operationalize that growth.

What You’ll Own

  • You’ll be the backbone of our ecommerce brands. From keeping inventory flowing to syncing with our marketing team on launch timelines, you’ll make sure the backend never slows down the front.
  • Responsibilities
  • Manage supply chain from manufacturer to 3PL – prepare purchase orders, liaise with manufacturer re: shipping options/timelines/costs
  • Oversee daily 3PL communication and fulfillment issues + customer service (lost, missing orders, address changes)
  • Track inventory levels and report regularly + forecasting (evaluate performance across all channels, make decisions regarding inventory re-ordering, FBA allocation)
  • Maintain backend platforms (Shopify, ReturnLogic, etc.) – very broad, is this for all e-comm? Would need to include Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Meta and their integrations with Shopify
  • Support the marketing team with operational needs tied to campaigns, launches, and promos – examples: building/scheduling promotions in e-comm platforms, configuring new products, updating website banner/pop-up/etc. ***TikTok-Shop: Campaign enrollment, Growth & missions, CRM
  • Build systems that scale with growth – Inventory planning & restock, Amazon FBA inventory management, Custom/print on demand order integration, new product rollout processes integrated with 3PL
  • Inputting custom/print-on demand order requests and coordinating with printing partner to submit quotes, approve designs, and manage production

You Might Be a Fit If You…

  • Have 2–5+ years in DTC, ecommerce, or CPG ops
  • Know your way around 3PLs, supply chains, and Shopify
  • Can manage vendors and timelines like a boss
