About the Role:
We’re seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data & Marketing Operations Analyst to support our digital marketing and sales initiatives. In this role, you'll be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, identifying trends, and optimizing campaign performance across SMS, email, and ads platforms.
Core Tasks:
- Perform manual research, data gathering, and data entry
- Analyze data with emphasis on identifying trends / outliers, root causes, and opportunities
- Support daily operations on ads platforms as needed
- Program and analyze direct message / SMS, and email marketing campaigns
- Segment client lists
- Build and maintain custom ongoing reporting on campaign metrics and performance
- Assist with other sales and marketing -tasks as needed
- Enhance and build additional role-related SOPs as needed
- Respond to feedback from guests
- Handle app-related issues
Must-Have:
- 5+ years performing data analysis (preferably in digital marketing)
- Experience setting up app based SMS and email ad campaigns
- Demonstrated history of ownership and proactive communication around data variances and opportunities
- Intermediate - advanced capabilities in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (PPC, A/B testing, funnels, etc)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work EST
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience pulling and analyzing reports from Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Hands-on experience with AppFront, Levelup, or similar tools
- Background working in the food service industry
- Experience with Looker, Looker Studio
- Familiarity with Gmail, Zoom and Slack for internal comms
- 1+ years experience in a data manipulation language (VBA, Google Apps Script, Python)
