As our Graphic Designer, you’ll develop performance-driven visual assets across a variety of digital channels, ensuring every graphic supports conversion goals and elevates brand identity. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to bring campaigns to life across:
Amazon A+ Content & Storefronts
Shopify product listings
Paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok)
Email banners and campaigns
Landing pages, social media, and more
Design static graphics for Shopify, Amazon listings, A+ content, storefronts, paid media, and email marketing
Lead visual mockups for product launches and campaigns (fonts, layout, color palette)
Collaborate across departments to understand campaign goals and brand vision
Iterate and optimize existing creatives based on data and feedback
Organize and maintain an asset library for internal use
Handle ad-hoc design requests across the org
Work PST hours to align with our US-based team
3+ years of graphic design experience, ideally with D2C brands or eCommerce agencies
Portfolio showcasing work across Amazon, Shopify, and digital ad campaigns
Expert-level skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Proficiency in Figma for wireframes, mockups, and layouts
Deep understanding of conversion-driven design principles
Strong sense of typography, layout, and visual consistency
Clear and professional English communication (written & verbal)
Able to work independently, take feedback, and meet deadlines
Experience in a remote or agency environment
Familiarity with Slack, Gmail, ClickUp, or similar tools
Understanding of CRO, A/B testing, and ad creative performance metrics
